This Essential Clinic Marketing Course is intended to teach you implementable
skills that can increase your throughput and revenue.
Healthcare has changed dramatically over the past decade. The pressure on the
NHS and the explosion of the internet means that many patients now seek out and
pay for their own treatments. This has created a growing market and the introduction
of choice. In this new world practitioners can't sit back and wait for clients,
they need to be proactive and adopt growth strategies to develop their practices.
The course introduces a proven template to apply to any practice to enable them
to excel and grow in this competitive environment. It encourages practitioners
to ask where their clients are coming from and change the culture of their practice
from one that waits for clients to one that goes out and gets them.
The course has been developed by Gavin Griffiths, a lifelong marketeer and an
expert with 12 years' experience in healthcare marketing. Gavin is CEO of BHM
Media, a specialist marketing company which has worked across a whole range of
practices from large hospitals (Spire & Nuffield) through to specialist clinics
and individual practitioners.
The course includes a manual with detailed instructions on how to implement the
aspects of the course including links and additional information resources. The
manual will be emailed with the joining instructions.
