The Medico-Legal training for expert witnesses currently includes: Medico-Legal Foundation Days (Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence), Advanced Expert Witness Reaccreditation, Court Room Skills, Mediation (ADR) and Medico-Legal Secretary Skills courses.
