  • Session 1 - Changes to Case Law 2011
  • Session 2 - Jones v Kaney, Edwards-Tubb v J D Wetherspoon, Rashid v Smith
  • Session 3 - Procedural Changes - rules, regulations and codes of conduct
BREAK

PART TWO: Ethical Issues and Case Studies
  • Session 4 - Six Ethical Issues Arising Recently
  • Session 5 - Three Case Studies Which Inform Modern Practice
  • Session 6 - Questions
