CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE MEDICO-LEGAL COURSE

This advanced course focuses on one specific aspect of expert witness work - writing an expert report in (alleged) Clinical Negligence cases against Medical Staff.

This one day course is aimed at those who:

• Have knowledge of the basics of preparing expert reports
• Wish to develop or acquire the special knowledge and understanding of what is required in Clinical Negligence claims.

Experts will each be given an opportunity to fully explore the issues surrounding expert evidence in Clinical Negligence cases.

The course will also contain workshop sessions on the law, procedure and codes of practice together with opportunities for informal discussion over lunch and refreshments.

You will receive a Course Pack including a FREE CD containing a number of useful documents and course materials.
