SpecialistInfo are pleased to be working with The London School of Mediation to offer doctors the opportunity to train as an accredited mediator. As a result we have developed a new Mediator section on SpecialistInfo containing details of over 20 doctors who are currently practicing in the NHS and/or the private sector who have undergone additional training to become accredited mediators.

Each mediator has been trained by the London School of Mediation and all their courses are recognized by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority and the Bar Standards Board.

Through this section you will be able to locate a medical Mediator who can help resolve:
  • personal injury and clinical negligence cases,
  • internal NHS/Hospital/GP/Trust disputes.

The added value that doctors can bring to these types of cases as a mediator is their knowledge of medical practice, procedures and resources further to the general strengths of mediation including its low cost, short duration and confidential nature.
